Marketing Analytics Manager
Location: Any Anthem Office
Do you like to create new solutions that can help bring Marketing to life? Are you enthusiastic in partnering with Sales to help them use marketing to advance growth?
If so, we are looking for you to help lead marketing efforts for Anthem.
We are seeking an analytical thinker with a creative side, someone to whom it is second nature to both wonder why as well as to ask the question ?now what?? This individual should be a go-getter, comfortable with challenging the status quo, and skilled at taking information and translating it into action for the business. This is not an in-depth data analysis or mining role, but uses available information to determine the success of initiatives and what enhancements should be made for better value.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
? Develops marketing programs to meets the needs of the business, working across multiple states and regions.
? Gathers, analyzes and uses field-level intelligence on products, market conditions, competitors and customers for business decision-making, specifically focusing on how Anthem can win in the market.
? Conducts synthesis of information, tracks effectiveness of marketing initiatives, uses insights to develop and recommend marketing-driven sales strategies to drive growth.
? Manages technology-based marketing solutions, strong understanding of how technology can improve accessibility to information and drive action.
? Serves as a liaison to information and technology areas, including data analytics, market research, digital team, salesforce.com; uses this knowledge to align against and strengthen marketing programs.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 7 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Demonstrated experience in using technology in marketing efforts. MA/MS/MBA preferred.
Additional Requirements:
+ Strong business acumen, ideally a background in marketing technology, data analytics, marketing research, competitive intelligence. Strong synthesis and analytical skills.
+ A deep understanding of all marketing principles, ideally experience in two or more marketing disciplines.
+ Health industry background preferred.
+ Strong leadership skills, including strategic thinking, project leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
+ Ability to manage ambiguity.
+ Good oral and written communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
