Business Change Advisor (Learning Programs)
Responsible for assisting the management within the business unit and the organization in designing change management/learning programs that bridge the gap between the current and desired business performance levels to ensure that our change journey produces desired results.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
+ Facilitates change management and learning events that are performance-based in nature and across multiple platforms.
+ Delivers synchronous and asynchronous learning events using varied media in virtual and global environments.
+ Exercises classroom management, including learner performance and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary.
+ Applies technical skills required for change management and learning development (Advanced MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Captivate, Articulate).
Requires:
+ BA/BS degree
+ 2-3 years of related experience
+ or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
